Pittman Residence

This renovation began with an existing home that had good bones, located on a spectacular lot along the Palma Ceia golf course in south Tampa. Our scope of work included adding a new entry porch, removing past additions that created dark interiors, and adding a new open Family Room and Kitchen with informal dining that’s embraced by a deep, wrap around porch. All existing interior spaces were completely remodeled, resulting in new spaces such as a modern Butler’s Pantry, Formal Dining, Bar, and Den.
