DeMuesy Residence
This waterfront home on Davis Islands references the historic bungalows built in the early years of Tampa’s development. The linear plan allows
all gathering spaces a view of the water and provides options for cross ventilation. Two of the three garage bays were placed perpendicular to the street to minimize their visual impact.
