Villa Rosa Residence

A free standing pavilion was added to this beautiful South Tampa property for additional entertaining and outdoor living space. The pavilion is constructed of solid cypress columns and beams and uses natural stone for the walls and floors. The space includes an outdoor kitchen and fireplace along with ample space for dining and seating.

A new front porch was also added to the main house to enhance the front of the home and create a more inviting entry.
